    With over 10 years of experience in healthcare management, both in hospitals and skilled facilities, Ms. Johannes has showcased exceptional expertise and dedication in her field. Ms. Johannes has been instrumental in providing operational and management leadership within assisted-living communities.

  • Dr. Walter Fuhr, MD

    Dr. Walter Fuhr, a renowned specialist in family medicine, who possesses over 31 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Fuhr completed his medical degree at Rutger Medical School in New Jersey and has since dedicated his career to specializing in family medicine.

  • Susan Dean BSN, RN

    Director of Clinical Services

    With over a decade of healthcare experience, Susan joins Unity Senior Living as Director of Nursing. She began as an EMT in Chicago in 2014 before earning her BSN from Resurrection University in 2018. Susan worked in a community hospital and as a travel nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic before settling in Milwaukee in 2021. There, she contributed to local hospitals and served as a Clinical Director for a hospice agency.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to working in the healthcare sector, focusing on patient-centered care, confidentiality, and enhancing overall patient outcomes. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients and medical professionals, honing my skills in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans to meet specific goals .My commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care has always been at the forefront of my practice. I firmly believe that every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy, regardless of their circumstances.

    With over 25 years of experience in employee relations, Nicole has demonstrated exceptional skills in handling various aspects related to human resources, employee development, and fostering a positive work environment. Throughout her career, Nicole has been instrumental in implementing and overseeing continuing education programs for employees, ensuring their professional growth and development within the organization. Her ability to coordinate activities and initiatives for our residents, coupled with a steadfast commitment to providing quality care and support, has been commendable.

  • CBRF Certified Nursing Assistants

    Our dedicated CBRF staff is committed to following individual care plans to provide safe and efficient bedside care to our residents. They are highly trained professionals with a wealth of experience in the field of nursing. Their main responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities such as eating, dressing, grooming, and other essential tasks necessary for their daily living. Additionally, our nursing department is responsible for preparing and administering medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
